Parentage unknown but believed to have been descended from a Northants. family. His name occurs in a De Banco roll, 4 Henry IV 1403, and he witnessed several deeds between 1404 and 1435. He was again mayor 1419 and 1430, and M.P. for Leic. 1425 .. 6. He left issue at his death about 1445.
