Admitted free as William Gibson “Notarius” in 1465-6 was for some years registrar of the Archdeaconry of Leic., a coroner 1490, and again mayor 1500. He died about 1512 and was buried at St. Mary’s where also Margaret, his wife, was buried. Will filed at Leic. His second wife, Johanna, outlived him.
