Presumably a son of John Nix of Leic. 1530 ; born about 1520, was churchwarden of St. Martin's 1547-8, a chamberlain 1551 and a coroner 1561. He died leaving issue in 1584, buried at St. Martin's 15 December of that year. Will, dated 14 January 1576 but not witnessed until 25 November 1584, was proved at Leic. the following February.
