Son of John Fowler of Leic. 1520; born about 1522, admitted a freeman 1545-6, a coroner 1562, and one of the borough bailiffs 1564; died leaving issue 1593, probably buried at St. Margaret's. His will, dated 4 August 1593, was proved at Leic. 31 May 1594 by Mary, his widow and executrix.
