Eldest son of AId. William Billers, mayor in 1628, was born in or about the year 1608, admitted a freeman 8 August 1639, joined the corporation 1639, elected a chamberlain 1640 and an alderman in 1645. He married at St. Martin's 22 May 1638 Anne, daughter of Rev. (--) Dand or Dann of Mansfield W oodhouse, Notts., by whom he had issue.

AId. Billers was buried at St. Martin's 28 February 1659. His will, bearing date 25 February 1658, a long and interesting record, is still preserved at Leic. Registry. Administration with the will annexed was granted to Anne Billers, his relict, 27 May 1664.
