1748   ROBERT HALL, (Innholder).

Second son of George Hall of the Bishop's Fee, Leic.;

born 7 and baptized at St. Martin's 29 July 1711, admitted a freeman 29 September 1731, a chamberlain of the borough 1741 and bailiff in 1746. In 1741 he voted for freehold property at Great Glen. He married Elizabeth, daughter of AId. John Cartwright, mayor in 1741, she died 27 March 1754, aged forty~two. M.L at St. Margaret's. Issue two sons and three daughters.

Mr. AId. Hall died 9 and was buried in St. Margaret's churchyard 12 April 1762, aged :fifty~one. M.L there. Will, dated 11 July 1761, was proved in the Prebendal Court of St. Margaret's 11 May 1762.
