To invite the Lord Mayor fill out the Civic Pro Forma online or write to the address below. In view of the Lord Mayor's busy schedule, it is essential that each invitation to an event is directed to the Lord Mayor's Secretariat as early as possible, even 12 months in advance. Every invitation is discussed with the Lord Mayor. If the Lord Mayor is unavailable it will be offered to the Deputy Lord Mayor or High Bailiff and a reply will be sent within 10 working days. Every endeavour will be made by the Lord Mayor's Secretariat to ensure your function is a success. You are more than welcome to contact the office, where advice and assistance is readily available. If necessary, the Lord Mayor's Secretariat Manager will visit your organisation and discuss the event with you in more detail.
