We are interested in a wide range of issues related to goods and services - clothes, furniture, banking, cars, building work, insurance, holidays, utility supply to name but a few. If you believe that you have been treated unfairly then let us know.
We will give information and guidance to help you resolve the problem yourself.
If we believe a business has committed a crime we will carry out a thorough investigation and, if necessary, prosecute the wrong doer.
