Level 3 Award in HACCP for Food Manufacturing
This new Level 3 Award is aimed at Food Business owners and mangers of small to medium sized food manufacturing businesses.
Under the Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006 and EC Regulation 852/2004 there is a duty placed on food business operators to put in place, implement and maintain a permanent procedure or procedures based on the Codex Principles of HACCP.
This one day course covers: The HACCP process and its role within food manufacturing How to develop, monitor and evaluate HACCP based systems.
The course fee of £130.00 is fully inclusive of:

· Support with the post course assignment
· Course book and course hand outs
· Refreshments throughout the course
St John Ambulance Emergency Aid Aimed at Food Handlers
This course is ideal for food handlers and the course leads to an “Emergency Aid” qualification. This qualification is ideal for people who work in smaller workplaces that present fewer health and safety risks, where a nominated person is required to take charge in the event of an illness or accident or for a person who works within a large organisation who is responsible for a small group of people or area and provide support to qualified first aiders. Although the course follows the “Emergency Aid” syllabus it is aimed at incidents, accidents and injuries commonly occurring in food businesses such as burns, scalds, slips, trips, allergies etc. This course is only available for groups.
