OTHER CHARGES:
Where Leicester City Council is asked to provide information relating to health and safety incidents, for example prepare a written factual statement regarding a case, then it may charge for this. This will vary depending on the time taken to collate the information. For a quote please contact the Health & Safety Team.
This charge is in line with our charging policy through the publication scheme. .
Hourly rate: £60.00
(including on-costs, photo-copying, postage etc for dealing with non statutory work, civil claim requests, court costs, etc).
