Self Inspection Questionnaire
If you are a new business in Leicester we would recommend that you complete the attached Self Inspection Questionnaire (SIQ).
The SIQ asks a number of questions which helps us to determine both the level of health and safety precautions already in place in your business and also any areas where you may need additional advice and guidance. Following submission of the SIQ you may be sent relevant leaflets or an officer may telephone to arrange to visit your premises.
By completing the SIQ you will assist us in maintaining an up to date list of businesses in the city and we will be able to offer you useful health and safety advice tailored to your business type.
