Customer service centres
Our customer services centres help with queries related to our services. We have two in the city and our advisors are trained in dealing with most council queries.
Our Customer Services Centre is at 91 Granby Street
There are many other ways of contacting us, including face to face centres elsewhere in the city, by phone, via our online services and smartphone/mobile phone.
Our centre is staffed by a team of highly trained officers who are able to deal with any enquiry, service request or complaint about any service offered by the city council. We also have phones for public use. Customers can use these to ring services and departments within the council.
Please note we can take cash, cheque, postal orders, credit & debit card payments for some services at our centre. You can make a payment online for most of our services using the quick link at the top of this page.
91 Granby Street also operates self-service kiosks. Payments related to council tax, rent, housing benefit overpayments and invoices can be made there.
