We have four Customer Service Centres that provide access to all council services:
There are many other ways of contacting us, including face to face centres elsewhere in the city, by phone, via our online services and Smartphone/mobile phone.
Each of our centres is staffed by a team of highly trained officers who are able to deal with any enquiry, service request or complaint about any service offered by the City Council. We also have phones at every centre. Customers can use these to ring services and departments within the Council.
Please note we can take cash, cheque, postal orders, credit & debit card payments for some services at all our centres. Many payments can be made online. Our centre at 91 Granby Street also operates Self Service Kiosks. Payments related to Council Tax, Rent, Housing Benefit Overpayments and Invoices can be made there.
