Changes to our Customer Service Centres
From the 2nd April 2012 Customer Services will be changing our opening hours at the Charnwood Office. We will be opening on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
There are many other ways of contacting us, including face to face centres elsewhere in the City, by phone, via our online services and via Looking Local on digital TV or Smartphone/mobile phone.

Charnwood Customer Services in the Merlyn Vaz Health & Social Care Centre, delivers all council services to local residents. The Centre also provides a range of NHS services including Dentists, a walk in GP practice, District Nurses, Health Visitors, Travel Vaccination Clinics, Community Mental Health services and much more.
The Centre is staffed by a team of highly trained officers who are able to deal with any enquiry, service request or complaint about any service offered by the City Council.
The Customer Service area is bright and spacious with comfortable public seating at and also has a private interview room for in-depth or confidential enquiries and hosts regular advice surgeries, i.e. Community Legal Services on Debt, Money and Benefits advice.
