Customer Services at New Walk Centre provides face to face access to the services provided by Leicester City Council. This welcoming city centre office opened in 1992, and has been delivering excellent customer service to the citizens of Leicester for 17 years.
The Centre is staffed by a team of highly trained officers who are able to deal with any enquiry, service request or complaint about any service offered by the City Council.
The Customer Service area is bright and spacious with comfortable public seating at the enquiry counter and also has a private interview room for in-depth or confidential enquiries.
