You can now pay for the following council services online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using our new and improved secure web payment facility.

You will need your debit / credit card details and the relevant paperwork for the service you are paying for.  Full terms and conditions are available.

• Business Rates (NNDR)
• Housing (or Garage) Rents
• Income Collection Invoices
• Homecare Payments

• Education Penalty Notices

• School Transport (16-19 years old)  
• Penalty Charge Notices (parking fines) - you will need your vehicle registration number, PCN number and your debit or credit card.
• Duplicate Registration Certificates
• Fixed Penalty Notices
• Licensing Annual Fees (under the Licensing Act 2003, Gambling Act 2005 or Street Trading)
