Fundraising evening for Lord Mayor appeal

THE LORD Mayor of Leicester is hosting a private tour of the Richard III Visitor Centre to raise funds for charity.

Tickets to the event, which will be held on Tuesday 3rd November, cost £10 each and also include wine and nibbles.

The private viewing will start at 6pm and all proceeds will go to the Lord Mayor's Appeal supporting Place2Be and The Spark Arts for Children.

Lord Mayor, Cllr Ted Cassidy MBE, said: "This should be a thoroughly enjoyable evening, whilst raising important funds for two deserving charities who work for the mental health and wellbeing of children.

"I'm really looking forward to the event and meeting those who attend on the night."

The King Richard III Visitor Centre is based at 4a St Martin's, Leicester.
