You can pay for some council services online using our secure payment facility.

Pay your Council Tax
You'll need the Council Tax account number.
Pay housing (or Garage) Rent
You'll need the housing and garage rent reference number found on your Rent Card.
Pay Business Rates (NNDR)
You'll need the Business Rates reference number.
Pay licensing annual fees
For activities covered by the Licensing Act 2003, Gambling Act 2005 or street trading. You'll need the licence number and premises details.
Pay for an income collection invoice
You'll need the invoice number.
Pay for Home Care
You'll need the Home Care User Name and User ID for the person receiving the Home Care.
Pay an Education Penalty Notice (Truancy penalty notice)
You'll need the penalty notice reference number and the child's name.
Pay for a school transport (16-19 years old, student bus passes)
You'll need the student reference number and to know the name of service and type of pass.
Pay a parking fine (Penalty Charge Notices)
You'll need your vehicle registration number and the Penalty Charge Notice number.
Pay a Fixed Penalty Notices
You'll need to the penalty notice reference number and to know the type of offence.
Order duplicate Registration certificates (birth, death, marriage, or civil partnership)
You'll need to know details of the person or persons the certificate refers to and to give a reason for ordering copies
