How to get there

Location:
Evington Place, off Evington Road, Highfields, Leicester.

By Foot:
From the City Centre via New Walk or the main arterial London Road which boasts some of Leicester’s most interesting Victorian domestic architecture – onto Evington Road.

By Bus:
Catch the Blue Line No. 22 bus from Charles Street Leicester City Centre to Evington Road. Alight from the bus at the next stop once the bus has passed St Stephen’s Road. Take the next left onto Evington Place.

By Car:
From the North, travel along the A6 towards the City Centre. Continue along the A6 until you reach London Road. Continue travelling up London Road (towards Victoria Park) and you will reach a roundabout from which Evington Road leads. Take the second exit onto Evington Road and then take the fourth left which will be Evington Place. You will now be able to see the artwork.

From the East, travel along the A47 towards the City Centre. At the Humberstone Road/St Georges Way/St Matthews Way roundabout take the second exit down St Georges Way (A594) Follow this road around until you reach the train station. Go past the train station on London Road (A6) and continue up this road towards Victoria Park. You will reach a roundabout where Evington Road leads off. Take the second exit onto Evington Road and then take the fourth left which will be Evington Place. You will now be able to see the artwork.

From the South, travel north along the A6 (Glen Road – Harborough Road – Leicester Road – London Road). Upon passing Victoria Park you will come to a roundabout. Take the fourth exit onto Evington Road and then take the fourth left, which will be Evington Place. You will now be able to see the artwork.

From the West, travel along the A50 towards the City Centre. Upon reaching the Outer Ringroad (A594) follow this round to the left (Vaughan Way – Burley’s Way – St Matthew’s Way) You will come to the Humberstone Road/St Matthews Way/ St George’s roundabout. Take the third exit onto St Georges Way (A594) Follow this road around until you reach the train station. Go past the train station on London Road (A6) and continue up this road towards Victoria Park.You will reach a roundabout where Evington Road leads off. Take the second exit onto Evington Road and then take the fourth left which will be Evington Place. You will now be able to see the artwork.
