Since November 2008 the Transforming Leicester's Learning Strategy has been reviewed and streamlined to become the Raising Achievement Plan. This plan aims to focus activity on ensuring groups of children and young people achieve their very best.
The plan will also develop and support staff in the Local Authority and schools to deliver a higher quality of service to children and young people.
