Hazardous waste
Leicester City Council does not collect the following hazardous waste from domestic or commercial properties. Hazardous waste includes:
- Motor oil
- Motor vehicle batteries
- Asbestos material
- Unused paint
- Building and construction waste
It is the responsibility of the householder to make arrangements with a private contractor or to take it to their local Community Recycling Centres (CRCs)
