The Best Value Performance Plan sets out how well the Council has performed against a number of national performance indicators known as BVPIs over the past twelve months. The full Plan for 2007/08 is available below.
In addition, there is a Best Value Performance Plan summary – a snapshot of some of the work the council has undertaken over the year to improve life within the city. This also contains the results of the council’s fourth ‘Comprehensive Performance Assessment’ – an overall assessment by Government inspectors of the council’s performance.
