You will need your library card number and PIN (Personal Identification Number) – this should have been provided when you joined. If you don’t have one, or have forgotten it, please ask again at any library, they will give it to you again.
If you prefer, you can always speak to a member of staff at any library and renew your books over the telephone during opening hours.
