'TeleTalk': City Council Customer Service Enquiry Centre
A new way of contacting Leicester City Council. TellyTalk is an easy to use system that lets you speak to a council Cuntomer Service adviser face to face over a video link. TellyTalk can be used for things such as:
- Bus pass applications
- Refuse collection problems
- Reporting road defects.
- Blue Badge (parking) applications
- Concessionary fares applications
- Refuse collection problems
- Environmental health matters
