'TeleTalk': City Council Customer Service Enquiry Centre
A new way of contacting Leicester City Council. TellyTalk is an easy to use system that lets you speak to a council Cuntomer Service adviser face to face over a video link. TellyTalk can be used for things such as: 
  • Bus pass applications
  • Refuse collection problems
  • Reporting road defects.
  • Blue Badge (parking) applications
  • Concessionary fares applications
  • Refuse collection problems
  • Environmental health matters
