The Central Lending Library on Belvoir Street, in the city centre is one of the biggest music and drama libraries in the Midlands.

We get the films at the same time as other leading rental places, but at Leicester Libraries you can borrow them for up to a whole week - the latest blockbusters, classics, top Bollywood titles, musicals and more.

The 'Classic Collection' - from The African Queen to Zorba The Greek, and East is East to West Side Story, hundreds of titles available to borrow from only £1.50 per week. Search A-Z by Author. These can be reserved and sent to any city library.

A large selection available, with possible extended loan periods - everything you need for your choir, orchestra, music group and amateur dramatic society.
