Hygiene Emergency Prohibition Notices
The list below shows the Hygiene Emergency Prohibition Notices served in the last 12 months in Leicester. These notices are served by Environmental Health Officers to close food business premises or parts of premises when they find "imminent risk of injury to health". Premises remain closed until the imminent risk of injury to health is removed.
Please note that where no part of premises is indicated the use of the whole of the premises has been prohibited for the purpose of any food business.
When food premises change hands and Leicester City Council knows this, those premises will be removed from the list.
When food premises change trading name (but do not change hands) and Leicester City Council knows this, the new trading name will be added to the list.
