This course is only Available if it is a group booking. course that covers:
Principles of Manual Handling
This is aimed at people who carry out manual handling activities at work
And introduces students to the hazards of manual handling, the risks involved and controls available and what to expect from a manual handling assessment.
At the end of the module there is a short multiple choice test of 20 questions.
Principles of COSHH
This is aimed at people who use substances at work and introduces students to the hazards associated with those substances, the risks and controls available and what to expect from a COSHH assessment.
At the end of the module there is a short multiple choice test of 30 questions.
These modules are run together as a one day course. Alternatively if requested they can be delivered as two seperate modules on two half days.
