Housing Land Availability Schedules
The Council conducts an annual survey of land available for residential development.
An annual Residential Land Monitoring Report is published by Leicestershire County Council. Details can be found on the County Council's website.
In 2007, Leicester City Council and Leicestershire County Council commissioned consultants Roger Tym & Partners to undertake a Housing Land Availability Assessment for the Leicester Principal Urban Area (PUA).
