The Cultural Quarter already includes the LCB Depot, providing a range of creative production facilities including studio space for visual artists, commercial workspace for creative, broadcasting and media organisations and subsidised office space for ‘not for profit’ arts organisations.
 
Also to be developed in the Cultural Quarter are a moving image centre, new music venue and a contemporary visual arts centre. Other projects already underway in this area include the Liveability project, which is improving the overall environment and public spaces in St Georges.
