Capital Programmes
The City Council carries out large scale modernisation and improvement projects. These major programmes include providing new PVCu windows and doors, re-roofing, re-wiring, re-cladding, and refurbishing kitchens and bathrooms.
Whenever possible, we will try to make sure that you are able to stay in your home whilst the work is being carried out.
In the unlikely event of you having to leave your home while the work is being carried out, you will continue to be charged your normal rent, although we will arrange temporary accommodation according to your needs.
