Leicester City Council publishes updated Accommodation Guides at regular intervals throughout the year. The guides list the number of lettings that have been made by the Council and Housing Associations along with the number of points that applicants need in order to secure a tenancy. The booklets are designed to provide a guide to areas where you might be offered a property, based on the number of points you have.
