Under the Government’s rent restructuring system rents are now set on a formula depending on the value of the property, the number of bedrooms in the property and the level of average earnings for the area.

 

Using this formula rents will increase in lline with inflation each year. Rents will also rise where improvements have increased the value of your property. For example, where we have installed central heating. You will be advised well in advance of any rent increases.
