The City Council aims to collect dustbin refuse from householders weekly.  This service is undertaken on behalf of the council by a private contractor Biffa Leicester.

If your dustbin is not emptied on the scheduled day or if it is missing after collection, please contact us. After receipt of the complaint we will endeavour to arrange collection of your unemptied bin either later the same day or on the next working day.  Missing bins will be replaced within two to three working days.
