Charity and Registered Community Amateur Sports Club Relief
 
Charities and Registered Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASC’s) that occupy a property can receive a reduction of 80% on their business rate bill.

To do so the Charity or Club needs to:

• Wholly or mainly use the premises for charitable purposes.
• Be registered as a Community Amateur Sports Club.
