Who is the JSP aimed at?
The JSP is targeted to people and areas that need extra help, so the project only operates in the most deprived areas of the city.
The project also recognises that certain groups are disadvantaged in the labour market and have much lower employment rates than average. The JSP specifically targets these groups:
- lone parents
- people with a disability
- ethnic minorities
- people over 50
- people with low or no qualifications.
