If your complaint is about:
Not being shortlisted for test or Interview:
You will need to raise your complaint with the HR/Personnel Section of the Department where the vacancy is held, at least 3 working days before the advertised interview/test date (whichever comes earlier). If no interview/test dates are given on the advert, then you need to contact us 10 working days after the closing date or as soon as possible thereafter. Within 24 hours of your complaint being received, you will be contacted and given the details of the Investigating Officer who will be dealing with your complaint. You should then expect to be contacted with a decision and if your complaint has been upheld, must be prepared if asked to attend for test/interview, as schedules cannot always be changed.

Your complaint needs to be received by us within 5 working days of the letter telling you that your application has been unsuccessful. Once you have contacted us, you will be sent an acknowledgement showing details of the Investigating Officer who will be dealing with your complaint and, if you have not done so already, you will be asked to complete and return a Recruitment Complaints Form which needs to be returned by the date stated on the back of it.
We will endeavour to respond fully to your complaint within 15 working days of receiving your completed complaint form.
