The Leicester Cultural Strategy Partnership held a one day conference showcasing innovation, excellence and partnership in culture and sport with speakers, seminars and tours. The conference aim was to demonstrate how sport and culture transforms lives  - building safer and stronger communities, increasing health, wellbeing, and community cohesion and driving economic prosperity.

The conference took place at the Ramada Hotel, Granby Street on Wednesday 29th March 2006.
