Aylestone Leisure Centre has received a new open plan reception and a major redecoration of areas including a locker system for the pool changing rooms.

 

A fitness suite, including a free weights area was opened in early 2006.  This will be followed by the development of 4 x 5-a-side pitches at Aylestone Recreation Ground to cater for the high demand of outdoor multi-sports activities and help to encourage more people than ever to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
