Mental Health
People react in different ways to things that happen in their life like the death of someone close, becoming unemployed or dealing with responsibilities.

The feelings caused by life events and situations can result in emotional and physical feelings that may make it difficult to cope.

At sometime either you or someone close to you may experience mental health difficulties or have Special Education needs.

Not all people with mental health difficulties will need to contact us.  Many people return to full health in a short time.  For others, though, the effects can sometimes be more prolonged.  This is where Adult and Community Services may be able to help.
