Financial Assessment
If you are an adult or older person in receipt of services from the Adults and Housing department, you may be asked to contribute towards their cost.

Before a financial assessment is undertaken, you will have had a needs assessment. An assessment is the term used to describe the way we gather information about you, so we can learn about your day-to-day difficulties and needs, so we can agree what support you need.
Following the assessment, we will agree a Care Plan with you which will explain:
- What services will be provided
- When they will start
- At what times they will be provided
- Who will provide them
- What the cost will be
