Parking Enforcement - What you need to know
Mission Statement:
Leicester City Council's aim is to keep Leicester free from illegal parking and to enforce illegal parking making this a safe environment for all people of Leicester.
We will aim to collect the issue of Penalty Charge Notices in a reasonable manner according to the Traffic Management Act 2004 which came into effect on 31st March 2008.
