What is Residents Parking Scheme?
The Leicester Residents Parking Scheme make available resident's parking facilities in certain residential streets.

The scheme only extends to a certain number of zones. Residents who apply for parking facilities must live in one of the streets approved of the scheme, and may only use a permit within that particular zone. The following are the four areas where this scheme is in operation:

Area A ~ Holy Trinity
Area B ~ Hazel Street
Area C ~ Bede Island North

Area D ~ Riverside

Area E ~ Highfields South

Applications for permits must be made on a form, either in person or by post to Customer Service Centre.
