Leicester's Cycle-City-Workshop is a monthly meeting of cycle activists facilitated by the Council's Cycling Co-ordinator.
The workshop promotes all aspects of cycling across Leicester. There are regular contributions from bike projects, advocate groups and representatives from organisations including; Cyclemagic, Bikes For All, Youth Inclusion Bike Project, Leicester Spokes, Sustrans, Cyclist Touring Club, British Cycling, De Montfort University, Cycle Training Forum and Bike users groups across the city.

The 2008 Bike Photo Competition has been launched by Leicester Cycle-city Workshop.
Leicester photographers can win monthly awards throughout the year and might win an overall prize of £300 as part of a 'Be Seen on a Bike' Photography Exhibition in December 2008.
The Bike Photo Competition launch party will be held at the RiffRaff Festival, Saturday 16th February at The Old Mill, 4 North Mills Industrial Estate, Frog Island, Leicester.
