All application forms for Premises Licences relating to the Gambling Act 2005 have been prescribed by central government. These are available via the links below.
When making an application for a Premises Licence, notice must be given to each of the responsible authorities within a period of 7 days beginning on the date on which the application is made. The relevant notices are also available via the links below.
The Licensing Authority will not grant an application until notice of that application has been given in accordance with the above procedure.
