New Operators of Bingo Clubs
If you wish to apply for permission to operate a bingo club, you need to apply to the Gambling Commission for operating and personal licences, and to Leicester City Council for a premises licence.

A Bingo Premises Licence authorises a maximum of 4 Category B3 or B4 gaming machines and unlimited Category C & D machines to be available on the premises.
In general, the only default condition that applies to premises licences relate to gambling hours. For bingo clubs, the default hours for playing bingo on the premises are 09.00 to Midnight every day.
Remote Bingo Operating Licence
If you make linked bingo, handheld bingo terminals or automated bingo terminals available to customers, you also need to obtain an ancillary remote bingo operating licence from the Gambling Commission.
