Existing Registrations
Registered societies must abide by all the rules relating to small society lotteries in the Gambling Act 2005. You will be able to find details of these rules on the Gambling Commission website.
Registered societies must pay an annual fee of £20 to Leicester City Council (currently called a 'renewal fee') as at present, to keep their registration current.
New Registrations
If you wish to apply for a first registration, you must make an application for a small society lottery registration under the new Act. The cost of a new registration is £40.
