Leicester City Council holds a Licensing Forum from time to time. The last Forum was held on Tuesday 12 June 2007.
There were speakers from Licensing, Consumer Protection and the Police on:
- the forthcoming smoking ban
- the new Gambling Act
- issues relating to off licences
