Standard Conditions for Public Entertainment

Premises which held a public entertainment licence were subject to the Standard Conditions for Places or Public Entertainment. When an application was made to convert these licences to a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003, the Standard Conditions for Places or Public Entertainment carried forward to the new licence unless a variation was granted to remove them.
