Community Clean-up Events

Evington Litter Pick

The cleaner city rapid response team has been set up to blitz clean problem areas and deal quickly with environmental blights, street grime and other eyesores reported by local residents.


Working closely with the city council's environmental crime team and City Wardens, the cleaner city rapid response team will tackle unscheduled clean-ups and respond directly to reports made by members of the public through Leicester City Council's customer services or the new One Clean Leicester smartphone app. The team will aim to investigate, and where possible, deal with all reports made within one working day.
