Report Environmental Problems Via One Clean Leicester

We've released an updated version of our One Clean Leicester iPhone app. However, if you've got the previous version you won't be prompted to download this from the iTunes app store as normal.

You can still report problems using the older version of One Clean Leicester but the app won't get any future updates.

To get the best out of One Clean Leicester and help us fix environmental problems when you see them, we recommend you download our latest version from the
iTunes app store.

Report environmental problems any time using our
One Clean Leicester website and smart phone apps.


You can report fly tipping, graffiti, dog fouling, potholes, broken street lights, abandoned cars, blocked gulleys, damaged footpaths and pavements, highway faults, pavement obstructions and much more.


When we check your reports

We check and upload reports from 9am - 5pm (Mon - Fri). Any late reports are picked up the following working day. You can find out what to do below.

 

Using your computer

Use your username and passwords for Twitter, Facebook, Google (and more) to report problems. Not using those services? Visit any one to get a free account.


How it works:

  • Sign In
  • Choose location on map (or type it in)
  • Tell us the problem
  • Upload a picture (if you have one)
  • Submit report.

 

Remember to sign out of your social media account too, if you don’t plan to use that service afterwards, otherwise you’ll still be logged in.

 

Using your mobile phone

Smartphone: If you have a smartphone you can download our free reporting app for:

 

Search for "One Clean Leicester" in the app store or marketplace.

 

Text message: Send us a text (SMS) or picture message (MMS)* report to: 07725 20 20 20.


Please include:

  • LEI in the subject field
  • brief description of the problem
  • location details (street name, postcode etc.)

 

We’ll get back to you if we need more details.

 

*Message costs will differ between mobile service providers. Find out from your provider for details. Delivery times for text and picture messages can also vary.

 

What happens after you submit your report

After you’ve sent your reports, we’ll check all the details, add it to our website and give to colleagues to fix.

 

Your details (such as name or mobile number) will only be used to help us add reports to our website. Once we’ve published your report, we’ll remove your details from our system.

 

If you reported a problem using your mobile phone or computer, you can get updates on our One Clean Leicester website.
