The Leicester & Leicestershire Community Cohesion Charter

Much has been said over the years regarding the region's reputation but we have never had a formal document that reflects local people's commitment to developing Leicester and Leicestershire as a thriving, multi-faith, multicultural and cohesive place to live, work and socialise.

The charter is a commitment to the development of our region as a thriving and cohesive society of many faiths and cultures.

The charter has been approved by both the major statutory local partnership bodies for Leicester and Leicestershire – the Leicester Partnership and Leicestershire Together.
